Free delivery Orders from € 35, - are delivered free of charge. If ordered before 13:00 on working days, usually the same day will be sent and delivered the day after (working days). The standard packages (max. 30 kg) are usually delivered via DPD between 9 am and 6 pm.

Are not you home? Then the package will be delivered to your neighbors Monday to Saturday (if possible). Or the deliverer will try again the next day. If the delivery fails, your package will be left at a DPD package shop in your area. You can then see for yourself when it suits you best to pick up the package within 5 working days.

Prefer not to deliver at home? That is also possible. Please indicate this during checkout. Your package is then immediately left at the DPD pick-up point. You will receive an email when it is delivered at the pick-up shop.
Larger packages as standards and the Globo hanging chair are delivered by Transmission Pakketdienst on working days.

With Rainbow Hammocks you can exchange or return an item if you notify us within 90 days of purchase. It is important that the product is complete and in its original packaging (if reasonably possible).
Products that are damaged or incomplete are not eligible for exchange or refund.

The costs for a return shipment are for customer costs. We pay all the forwarding costs. We can arrange returns. Costs will be billed in that case.

NB. Because of hygiene matters mosquito nets can not be returned if they have been unpacked.
