At Rainbow hammocks you can exchange or return your purchase within 90 days. Time enough to find out if you are realy satisfied. But it is important that the product is complete and in the original packaging (if reasonably possible). Products that are damaged or not be complete can not be accepted and refunded.
We ask you to keep to these steps. So we can handle your return as smoothly as possible.
1) Sign up at our customer service that you want to send an item return.
2) You will receive by email a confirmation of your request.
3) You will receive via email instructions for the return of the item. The costs for the return shipment is to the customer. This is so regulated by law. Send it with insurance.
4) After we receive your shipment we send you an acknowledgement via email.
5) Rainbow hammocks will exchange the article to (if in stock) or deposit the purchase amount within 7 days back, depending on your wish.
6) The products must be returned in good shape, in the original packaging and ready for resale. Don’t use colored tape like Duck tape to close the boxes. Only use transparant tape.
In some cases we have to charge a 5% fee for re-packing and so.
Rainbow hammocks follows the rules from the law on market practices and consumer protection. We stand for our products. You should expect that a product supplied by us to the reasonable expectations. Should your product become defective, then you can count on us.

It is, of course, annoying if you have a complaint about the service you have experienced.
Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint via the e-mail to the customer contact department.
This can be done by e-mail, regular mail and / or telephone.

and try to solve the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction.

After receiving your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us.
We will answer your complaint as soon as possible after receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you of this.
If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk (where the webshop is affiliated). If for any reason the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, then there is the possibility to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
